TITANLINE EPOXY COATINGS
SOLVENT FREE AND SOLVENTED
Two component coatings for internal and external use on steel, alloys and concrete.  Will tolerate damp applications and marine environments such as piers, sea front railings and shelters, decks, ballast tanks, pipe lines, non potable water tanks, cooling towers, gantries, factory roofs, concrete culverts and holding tanks at fire fighting establishments.

These are black, solvented, robust, high build coatings with 25% elasticity.  Used in a multitude of environments including thick multi-layer applications.  They are abrasive resistant and can tolerate damp surfaces.

These are modified epoxy solvented coatings with 35% elasticity and can be supplied in a range of colours.  C85E/GF has added glass flake and has approval for use in grain silos and transport by sea.   Both are abrasive resistant and can tolerate damp surfaces.

A solvented product mainly for use in contact with hot industrial fluids and hot pipe and steel work.   It can withstand fluctuating temperatures around 98ºC with a maximum peak temperature of 100ºC.    Average operation should be around 90ºC.   It is resistant to demineralised water and chemicals.   Designed for extremely hot conditions as well as extreme chemical concentrations.   It is available in cream and pale blue.

These are solvented epoxys that allow flexibility of application to poorly prepared surfaces.   Both have 90% solids and GF has added glass beads to give greater abrasion and chemical/solvent resistance.   Both can be applied by brush and simple airless spray.   They have been used to coat petrol, kerosene and diesel tanks.  Ideal for use during winter months and all can withstand damp surfaces on application. Ideal where wet blasting and badly prepared surfaces are the norm.

These solvent free coatings allow flexibility of application to poorly prepared surfaces. ST can be applied by brush and simple airless spray and GR & SF by hydra-cat. These sealers can be applied to damp buried concrete or steel.   Concrete can be coated before full cure with HYDROPRIME C.  It can then afterwards be coated with any of our other coatings.

These are epoxy concrete sealers that allow a further choice depending on operating conditions, surfaces and environmental considerations.

2035 Duralink   35%    16m²/ltr      5/20ltr                 Cold A,B,R 

A red oxide solvented primer for multi application use.   Ideal for holding blasted steel prior to overcoating with a finishing system due to fast curing times and covering rate. Can be welded after application without giving off toxic fumes.

Pilekote(fast curing) 60%  1.67m²/ltr  4/20ltr              Cold A,B

An ultra high solid tar epoxy anticorrosive coating designed for quick and efficient application to steel piles, pipes and marine structures, in tidal conditions or damp substrates.   Designed for application by airless spray.   Machine prepared surfaces where blasting is not feasible is acceptable.

100/SF Heavy Duty 100%   1.5m²/ltr  20/200ltr           Hot H 

This is a  solvent free coating for spray application, hydracat or brush application. Hard, long lasting abrasive resistance.   Resistant to chemical, industrial and buried conditions.   Mainly used for pipe lines. 

ENAMEL ALKYD 55%   8-10m²/ltr  2.5,20ltr               Cold C,B,R

A single pack industrial quality quick drying enamel coating for concrete, steel and wood.    Suitable for multicoat decorative or protective systems for low pollution interior and exterior environments.   Mainly used for machine refurbishment and factory line marking.
 
ANTI-STATIC     85%    4m²/ltr       4,20ltr                   Cold C,B,R

A high solid epoxy designed to contain flammable liquids and to dissipate static electricity without risk of arking or tracking for concrete or steel.   Available in slate grey.   Can be applied to shot blasted, heavily wired surfaces and on to aged epoxy or polyurethane by brush or simple airless spray.
