Membrane
This is a versatile liquid impenetrable elastomeric, chemical resistant membrane (360% elasticity) with a hydrocarbon solvent (23% white spirit). It has a Ph resistance of from 1 to 11.4 and excellent bond strength. It can be applied to a whole range of surfaces by brush, pour and roll or simple airless spray. It has been used to coat chemical tanks and bund areas, sewage works and strainers, industrial waste water and effluent treatment tanks, methane works, ventilation shafts, cooling towers, ducts, outlets, culverts, general steel and large and small pipe work and also to link Geotechnic Membrane to concrete. A number of tests have been performed by TAYLOR WOODROW and are available on request.

These products are solvent free and based on a vegetable fat, have no odour, are environmentally friendly and have no detrimental and environmental hazards as far as we know. 989/35 is WRAS listed valid until 2016 for use in potable water tanks. It has also been tested by IFREMER, the French equivalent of DEFRA in the UK, for use in France on fish tanks and other food/sea applications areas. It has been used to coat potable water tanks, sewage, industrial, waste water, fish and aquatic food tanks, swimming pools, ventilation shafts, cooling towers, ducts, aviation fuel tanks, general steel and large and small pipe work both internally and externally. They are available in grey, cream and blue as standard, and in other colours on special order.

Pathfinder
This is a three coat system consisting of a single pack moisture curing urethane primer, a middle photoluminescent two pack solvented polyurethane undercoat based on 989, and a single pack crystal clear moisture curing lacquer gloss finishing coat. It is capable of emitting an intense yellow light during, and for a long time after, excitation of the phosphorescent pigment particles by light sources such as UV, natural day light and artificial light. Red light or yellow light from a sodium vapour lamp are unsuitable for this purpose. Designed to facilitate safe and efficient mobilisation and evacuation of personnel in low light level escape routes. For walkways, floors, platforms, hand rails, door frames and steps, in chemical oil and industrial sites, high rise commercial blocks and flats.
DURATHANE P 100% 0.75-1m²/ltr ½/5/20ltr Cold B,H,T
A solvent free high build urethane pitch coating available only in Black. Extremely abrasive resistant with high mechanical strength. Used on sewage outflow steel pipelines, piers and other steel work subject to extreme sea conditions. Passed independent tests to British Gas PS/CW6 Part 1 & 2 1990 requirement.

This is a solvent free polyurethane concrete repair system based on the 989 base.
